Christopher Graham, Executive Chef of At.mosphere Restaurant in Burj Khalifa
Christopher Graham is currently the executive chef at the At.mosphere, Burj Khalifa. Born in Saudi Arabia and lived there for 10 years of his life, completed his studies at Collingwood College in England and started his career in London with an apprenticeship in 5-star hotels and Michelin star restaurants in England. Since the past 10 years, he has moved to Dubai enhancing fine dining in the country.
Graham told us that, “One of the reasons that contributed to my decision of moving to Dubai was because I grew up in Saudi Arabia, I was used to the culture and the environment. Moreover, Dubai is one of the leading places for tourism and the best you can find in the world so it seemed like the logical choice”
His inspiration for the culinary profession was his father who used to be a chef in Saudi Arabia. Graham said, “I never really thought of doing anything else, to be honest, I sort of wanted to follow the family foot-steps also because at an early age, when I would tell people about my father’s profession, they would get really impressed so I grew up thinking that it was a really cool profession”
“I used to love lasagna, it was my absolute favorite one, I used to call it my moms lasagna. It was also the first dish I learned to cook”
It is no doubt that many of us want to know more about what would be a chef’s favorite dish would be. To our surprise, Graham’s favourite meal is the perfect American style Barbecue that he often does in his home garden. Leading to ask about his favorite dish from childhood, “I used to love lasagna, it was my absolute favorite one, I used to call it my moms lasagna. It was also the first dish I learned to cook”

Graham convinced us with the two must-try dishes in At.mosphere which are definite favourite of his were as,
Restaurant: The dessert, Creme Catalan Sphere served with Rhubarb tart with strawberry pieces, strawberry sherbet, and basil
The Lounge: Korean Chicken Bao with chili sauce.
